Richard's cycle training

Nice 28 mile ride in new shoes with cleats, which seem to fit and work well. As a first time user I put the cleats on minimum force setting and practised unclipping at every junction ... Stopped at Groton church for a drink/stretch and BANG! Rear tyre puncture. Replaced tube and continued back.
