Richard's cycle training
Day off yesterday as visiting customers - it happens! Today's training was in how to repair punctures, I found a flat on the rear tyre with the bike still in the garage. Replaced the tube with a previously repaired one. That then blew 2 miles down the road. Puncture was really difficult to repair and took 3 attempts. Additional spare tubes urgently required.
